Grilled Black Angus Fajitas on the infrared grill

After being all pizzad out lastnight , decided to grill up some black angus fajitas....
Here's the thumbs of the process...

Great cut of outer skirt steak

They are so thick I always filet in half

Beat them with the meat hammer

Rubbed with Ralph's Greek seasoning

There's ole faithful

Cranked her up







Final product: Pinto beans, potato salad, serano peppers and tacos....

That grill seems to be holding up pretty well. Still cooks good too.
