Green Olive Burger

I think these burgers are a Michigan thing. I guess they are not for everyone but I like them even though I haven't had one in a couple of decades.

85/15 ground chuck on the Ballistic Griddle


Toasted a bun and added Provolone cheese to the burger


Dressed the burger with lettuce, tomato, olive dressing which was just pimento stuffed green olives sliced and mixed with a little mayo. Served with some steak fries my wife made me

I'm not a fan of olives, but I do believe I have heard of the Olive Burger up here in Wolverine country. It looks simply delicious V, I think I could get past the olives.
