Green Chili Cheeseburgers

Tossed some 80/20 Ground chuck burgers on my Lodge CI griddle. After the flip added some chopped up Hatch Chiles too.

Finished the burgers indirect. Added Provolone cheese to 3 of them and Mexican blend on the other.

Topped mine and my Wife's burger with the green chiles.

Served on a Ciabatta bun with lettuce and tomato, tater tots on the side

V, where the chilis just chopped with nothing else. I had work in New Mexico and became a great fan of free chili cheeseburgers. I want to try them at home.

I added some granulated garlic and a little beef bouillon rather than a little salt. When I flipped the burgers a piece broke off one of the burgers so I just added it to the chiles. If you look closely you can see it.
