I was looking for a quick lunch for my and my son. My wife and younest son are in St Louis for a wedding. My 17 yold and I both had to work so we stayed behind. I had some chop steak and marinated it in some Weber mesquite marinade and EVOOd some asparaus and Potabellos.
I had a couple Hass Avacados and made a quick Guacamole.I heated up some green peppers and onions. It made for a good ol mess on the kitchen table! :P Ready for a nap now
Not sure how to top that for dinner though.
