.......Philly Cheese steak style with a twist.

First put some salted small potatoes and corn on the cob. The potatoes on my newly made CIG extension grate.

Then added some mushrooms and sauteed some onions.

Flank steak cooked direct.

Stuffed some pitas with some provolone cheese, onion and flank steak then put them on the grill till the cheese melted.

I marinaded it for a couple of hours using some Kikkoman Roasted Garlic & Herbs marinade. First time trying it, pretty good stuff.

Thanks I'll give it a try. Anything less thatn top sirloin gets marinated by my rules.
