I'm continually in awe of the quality of cooks here and the food you put out, but finally I was impressed with my own offering. Just a little beer butt chicken with garlic, thyme and lemon in the beer and cookshack chicken rub. Grilled at 300* to a breast temp of 170* and it was great. The breast was the juciest I've ever done. Still a lot to learn but enjoying the journey. BD
