Haven't grilled in close to 2 weeks   ........got some leg quarters, seasoned with WRO and then basted with Sweet Baby Rays Raspberry Chipotle (I did not care for the sauce, but my daughter loved it). I also made up a little spinach dish which consisted of a can of drained spinach, butter, garlic, s&p, swiss cheese and croutons on top. Baked at 325º for about 30 minutes. Turned out very good and my daughter loved it. We also had some brown rice.

I love spinach and thats a cool way to dress it up a bit different. Nice... thanks for sharing the new idea and the handle chicken. :)

Good looking chicken. I have been curious about the raspberry chipotle. Was it too fruity? What didn't you like about it?

The raspberry flavor.........kinda too prominent for me. Out of the bottle it was pretty good, but once cooked, not so much......

Mmmm spinach

Man that all looks great. Iwant to try the spinach. I wonder if the spinach dish would work in the smoker at a little lower temp?

That's the way chicken is suppose top look. Too bad I can't get that.. Awesome Shicken Larry :D

Larry's got this grillin' thing worked out. Awesome.

(I don't think raspberry chipotle would work for me either. Raspberry's a great flavor, but ...)

I simmered the leftover chicken in more sauce cut with vinegar and added more Wolfe Rub Original and shredded it. It will be vacuum sealed and frozen for later consumption!
