Eye of Round Roast

Rubbed this 4.5lb Eye of Round down with Wolfe Rub Bold, was gonna just use salt and pepper, but I only had 10 peppercorns left. . Cooked indirect at 275* until internal temp hit 100*, removed and cranked the heat up to 400* and finished direct until 120* internal temp. We also had grilled baby red potatoes, asparagus and parker house rolls. Pretty good meal and there's enough left over for some sandwiches today for the game!!

Larry and I were laughing yesterday because I was whining about my
Panthers having to play Indy today....I asked him who the Skins got: Pats.

anyone get the feeling the Morgan and Wolfe households will have a lot of empty beer cans today?
