Gave my wife first choice, she went for the Rib Eye as it was not as rare.

I was thinking the same thing.
Where's the bacon?

P.S. John can I live at your house? At least at dinner time? ;)

I was hoping she would go for the Filet; I should have cooked it a little more done. One piece of bacon can be seen under the Rib Eye on the grill, the other fell in, as did the remaining piece a moment later.

No dogs, after a lifetime of being around dogs (Her daddy raised Beagles when she grew up in TN) my wife developed an allergy to them. I sure do
miss them, got this instead.
