I also did a early turkey cook today. Butter injected and rubbed down with seasoned olive oil, smoked at 275 with my Masterbuilt electric. Once done I will slice the bird and smother with a white BBQ sauce.
 
Looks great! Once you go smoke on your turkey, its hard to imagine doing it any other way.
