Dirty Bird w/ Sweet Potato Fries & Salad

I had 5 very large chicken breasts close to their expiration date that needed to be grilled. Rubbed them with some Kosmo's Dirty Bird and cooked them on the Performer at about 375 degrees on indirect heat.

Also had some sweet potato fries baked in the oven with a little SB Hooci Mama sprinkled on them. Add a green salad (forgot the dressing for the shot so it looks a bit dry on the plate).

The chicken came out really nice. Love the flavor profile of that Dirty Bird rub.

5 big ones on the grill.


One hour later and they are done.


Quick hit over the direct to crisp the skin.


Ready to eat.

Looks awsome Lew, crispy skin got me drooling. And hey whats all that green stuff next to the fries? never see it before :LOL:
