Dinner tonight

Well after getting sick seeing Larry eating gizards and stuff, I decided to try the Weber receipe of the week. I'm surprised Chris didn't post it yet.

Marinaded and ready

Finished grilling

Plated

The rice had a little lime juice added to it. It went well with the shrimp.
I'm gonna post the recipe if Chris hasn't done so already.
