Since I wasn't in town for my wifes birthday, and Ill be working on the eve of the 14th, and all the kids are gone tonight, I cooked dinner for her ....Sirloin (my favorite) steak covered with baby portabellos, pan seared bay scallops, risotto with mushrooms, asperagis, corn on the cob, and a bowl of my gumbalya for appattizer....(my spelling sucks)..
