Great looking meal as usual - you're a grilling machine. When I was a kid, my mom would order a Delmonico steak and later in life I decided to cook some, but had trouble nailing them down. According to the link, it seems to still be a little up in the air - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delmonico

Larry always cranks out awesome meals. Good thing I don't live closer. Are you happy with the cast iron so far Larry? Pros/cons? I'd like to get one for the 22 1/2. Thanks for any input.
