Delmonicos and Veggies

3 'Delmonico' (rib eye, rib steak, etc.) steaks seasoned with kosher salt and pepper. Along with roasted red pepper, red onion, russet potatoes and GREAT corn on the cob! Had we had more I would have played a Hayden and eaten 6 ears it was that good!!!

Great looking meal as usual - you're a grilling machine. When I was a kid, my mom would order a Delmonico steak and later in life I decided to cook some, but had trouble nailing them down. According to the link, it seems to still be a little up in the air - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delmonico

Larry always cranks out awesome meals. Good thing I don't live closer. Are you happy with the cast iron so far Larry? Pros/cons? I'd like to get one for the 22 1/2. Thanks for any input.

16 ounces of steak and a big fluffy white baked potato drenched in butter and sour cream is not diet food?
