Country Style Ribs

Simple yet good meal.
CSR's seasoned with some Bad Byron's Butt Rub and some XXXtra Hot Kinders BBQ sauce. Used a couple of red oak chunks for smoke.


CSR's sauced and some Bush's beans on the side


After they were sauced I left them on the grill for another 20 minutes
Here they are just before getting pulled


While the CSR's were resting some brussel sprouts seasoned with some Slap ya Mamma Cajun seasoning were made
