Tonight we had country style boneless pork ribs. My lovely wife found them on sale for $1.29 a pound at Vons so they were just around 6 bones for the pack. We also had potatoes that I wrapped in foil with butter, pepper and salt and I set em on the grill to enjoy the heat. Along with the pork and taters we had a nice green salad. I’ll be grilling more chicken thighs tomorrow but I wont bore you all with those picks. Man I LOVE this time of year. Below are a few pics.

On the grill and I used left over charcoal and mesquite.

Damn man love that sweet char, But please bore us with those chicken thighs....Really you love it just as much as we do :)
