The deck is finally clear of snow and the temps were fairly nice last night so it was time to light up the grill for some country ribs, cut from the loin.

Drizzled with Newmans Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing and seasoned with Wolfe Rub Original. Pretty tasty dinner.
