Well I love chuckeyes. And for the price, you just can't beat it. I went to our local Meijer the other day and saw that they were looking handy so I picked up 3 packages and took them home. Fixed with kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder and a dash of Dale's.....mmm..

The long pieces were a little bit tougher but not too bad. The thick short pieces were truly like ribeyes. I call them "the poor man's ribeye" because of the texture.
