Chimichangas n Bacon Sliders

We did Chimichangas last night and sliders friday night.

Chimi's were stuffed with Shredded beef , cheese, black beans and onions. Kim added some type of soup mix , a coupla chopped jalapenos and a chopped onion to the crock potted (I know, sorry :oops: ) meat. It was outstanding! Those will be on the table again before the end of the month. Nuthin better than a good healthy meal. ;D

Here are the grilled sliders. They weren't reall sliders but they shrunk up so much I called them sliders. Nobody complained. haha!

Start with meat:

add cheese and bacon.

they weren't to bad.....Never thought to wrap em in bacon and finish off in the oven.. :-[ Sumthin to try next time.

I gotta admit everything looks fantastic, especially the chimi's.......even the GAS cooked FROZEN burgers look great!!! :LOL:
 
hahahahaaa! Ya, sorry Larry. they were wife, "hand pressed" in this new chinese burger press. That's why I called them "sliders" hahaaa! ;)
