Chicken Wings with Corn and Black Bean Salad

Grilled some chicken wings using Plowboys Yardbird Rub and Blues Hog Honey Mustard Sauce; grilled over Rancher Charcoal and two chunks of Guava Wood.

Also made a Corn and Black Bean Salad that, if I say so myself, was really good. Here's some pics:

Wings on the grill with the Yardbird Rub

At the turn.

Basted with Blues Hog Honey Mustard Sauce (ummm ummm good)

To the plate.

If you guys get a chance try the Blues Hog, sweeter sauce, but a good mustard flavor with some back-end heat....Excellent!!

Recipe for the salad wil be posted in the Sides Section.

Sorry about the size Greg, still trying to figure out PhotoBucket, it won't happen again.

Great job! I like the big pics, and Greg says it doesn't matter
now that he figured out it doesn't take up bandwidth.
