Chicken thighs

Nothing special but good and easy.. Coated in a little oil and seasoned. I got some new BBQ sauce I wanted to try out, Spicy Peach. Good stuff.





Served with potato salad and brussel sprouts.

Very Nice Vermin! I've got some brussel sprouts planted in my garden. Nothing up yet but I think when they come in, I will grill them the same as you.

yeah...bad memories with Brussels here too... nasty. Mom used to dose em with "butter salt" to make em better. It didn't work.

Chop them up fine. Throw them into a skillet with a lot of butter and fry them up. When they are just about done, throw a TBS of lemon juice in and serve them. I haven't met anybody who didn't like them like that.
