Last night we had grilled chicken thighs for dinner. I marinated them in a lemon salad dressing my wife makes, they turned out pretty good. Also had some steamed zucchini and a nice green salad.

Hey This is Mrs. Toby. Here's how to make the lemon marinade.

I don't measure, just go with taste.

Fresh lemon juice (I used 3 lemons and had plenty to spare. It's really a salad dressing reciepe)

EVOO - amount depends on how much lemon juice you have.

Dill - I use either fresh or the tubes that we have in the grocery store. It's really easy. If fresh, a nice bunch chopped finely. If in the tube, a good squeeze. Really depends on how your feeling is for dill.

Garlic and Dijon Mustard, again to taste.

This is actually something that I learned from Toby's mom. Now you have the Keil family recipe.
