Here is the basic recipe, I changed it up slightly. My Wife can't get enough of these things, She loves them. I used the same recipe to make quesadillas over the weekend.

Some mixture in a tortilla. Instead of dipping them in broth I just put about 6 tortillas in a plastic bag and nuked them for a minute to make them pliable

Brushed the top of the tortillas with a little oil and on the grill

When the tortilla is crispy they are done.

Dressed with a little sour cream/lime/chipotle mixture, some more salsa verde and a little shredded cheese. This little guy was seconds, I had a couple earlier but was not in the mood to snap a pic then.

Looks awesome!! I gotta give these a try, looks better than fried version.
