Chicken Quarters

Nothing too exciting but I just can't seem to make enough chicken . I keep craving chicken for some reason.

Cooked indirect. Four quarters seasoned with Yummmy chicken from Knox Spice Co. and the other four seasoned with lemon pepper. Used some cherry chips for smoke.

Some frozen asparagus in the wok.

Plated with some leftover collard greens mixed with some leftover pulled pork.

You and a few others posting pics of the above has inspired me to buy chicken quarters today. I have 6 quarters=5.5lbs. Never done'em before....I have no clue what I am doing.

Those look amazing V and the color on the birds is perfect.
