Nothing too exciting but I just can't seem to make enough chicken . I keep craving chicken for some reason.
Cooked indirect. Four quarters seasoned with Yummmy chicken from Knox Spice Co. and the other four seasoned with lemon pepper. Used some cherry chips for smoke.
Some frozen asparagus in the wok.
Plated with some leftover collard greens mixed with some leftover pulled pork.
