Chopped up some leftover chicken, made a gravy and added some mixed veggies to make a filling.

Filled a couple of ramekins and topped them with some puff pastry. Also put a couple of beets on the grill too.

I have to say, your wok makes mine jealous. Granted, mine lives in a closet and only gets to play on the stove top so far, but it gets rinsed, wiped, and oiled after every time, and it's still shiny. I feel like it's not getting all that seasoned. I noticed yours a couple days ago and was thinking of it then, but tonight's pic confirms it!
 
I love me some chicken pot pie. Simple to make and very good.

i like the idea of puff pastry on the top. When I'm feeling creative, I make biscuit dough for the tops, but I've been known to use the <WHOMP> biscuits, too.
