Chicken Pot BBQ

An old BBQ Pit Boys recipe and one of our favorites.

Chicken thighs in cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, whole pepper corns, bay leaves and about a half head of garlic peeled in a pot.

About 20 minutes of cooking, the thighs went direct to get a little color on them then they went back into the pot.

About an hour total cook time the chicken is done

Our usual side dish, Normandy veggies cooked in the wok.

Plated. Chicken over some rice and some sausage I just warmed up on the grill

Love the plated picture V, looks good enough to eat. I like how at the end of the video they list the ingredients.

I have in the past. The last time I made it with egg a couple of the eggs broke and we had egg shell throughout the pot, yuck!!! They are pretty good but not great.
