Chicken,Chicken and Brats

I have to work graveyards the next few nights so I decided to make a few dinners today before I have to go in for work tonight. Made some teriyaki chicken,chicken with onions,peppers and cheese and Brats with onions and peppers.


Jalapeño and cheese brats on the grill along with some teriyaki chicken

Chicken marinated in some Italian dressing and then seasoned with adobo seasoning and black pepper

Teriyaki chicken done.

Zesty chicken topped with mushrooms,peppers and onions

Then topped with a slice of provolone cheese and melted

Brats in marinara sauce with some mushrooms,onions and peppers

Some potatoes rubbed with some olive oil and kosher salt and some longanisa too.

Looks good!! I've been trying to "cook ahead" a little lately for leftovers, but they keep getting eaten. I'm sure that won't last long.
