I have relatives visiting this week so tonight I smoked some chicken breast. I rubbed them with some garlic, salt and pepper. After smoking for about 2 hours, I basted on some Stubb's Wicked Chicken Sauce...boy is that stuff good.

It has a little heat but not too much.

The chicken ended up perfect...moist and tender.

I also needed to cook some ribs so I put those in the smoker as well. They didn't get done till late so I wasn't able to serve for dinner, but man where they tasty...even at 10pm!

I added some coffee grounds to my dry rub and I really love the flavor it adds.

Great looking chicken!! Need to try the Stubb's Wing sauce. I have tried other Stubb products and haven't been disappointed.

I’m not a fan of the Stubb’s bbq sauce but that stuff is good. We use the pork and beef marinades on our brisket and pork when we foil.
