Chicken and Ribs on the Grill

My Wife bought a rack of ribs and paid through the nose for them.

Since it was only one rack of them I decided to try grilling them along with some chicken wings. Halved some potatoes as well.

Made some Orange Marmalad/Sriacha Sauce (OMS) and glazed the wings and ribs with it.

Plated. Also made some beans on the grill too but forgot to take a pic of that. Was surprised how tender the ribs were. Will do this again.

2 hours indirect, about a min each side direct, glazed them, back to indirect, for another 20 minutes. Grill was running around 375 - 400* dome temp.
 
That is some serious grub! Those ribs look exceptionally stellar.
