Today is National Cheese Day so I figured might as well celebrate with a cheese steak.

Sliced up a couple of top sirloin steaks and split the batch in two and grilled direct.

When done I chopped up the steak even finer.

Hollowed out and Italian loaf and placed on the grill. I sauteed some onion, peppers and mushrooms in my wok but forgot to take a pic. Here they are going on the bread.

Looks good! I'm not familiar with the wok you cooked the meat in. What's up with the holes? Is it seasoned or nonstick? Do you lose much meat through the holes? Flare ups? Man, I've got new toy envy!!!

It is a vegetable wok and it is porcelain coated. I used it because the holes in the wok are smaller the the slits in the cooking grate and I didn't want to lose any meat thru the grates. I very rarely use the thing.
