Never used Cheese Whiz on a cheese steak before, I know it's how they do things in Philly, (usually use provolone, cheddar, or some other "real" cheese), gotta say, best cheese steak ever! Unbelievabley good!

Thanks for looking. Hope you are having a great weekend!!

Looks better then philly lol, no shame in the whiz anyone who doubts it try it and you will see why they use it

Nice lookin meal Don. I have a slicer also. Its one of the tools, that is a must have for me.
I use it a lot.

Once again, thanks for the sentiments. What a great hobby, huh?

... is that just a stainless bowl you used to fry to chips ?
It's a metal mixing bowl. I bought a set from Bed, Bath & Beyond years ago. Not sure what it's made of...probably aluminum. The set was very cheap if I remember correctly, so I doubt it's stainless.

...almost forgot...You cheese snobs :P need to give the Whiz a try. It's awesome on a steak sammie!

That sandwich looked spectacular...... I'd like to try some of those chips too!! What was your impression on the chips?? Happy with the resulting texture and flavor?

Oh Hell YA! Wizz all the way! Hats off to you. And to all the wizz haters well? ....... try the wizz it's so much better. hahahaaa! wayyy better. :)

I'm starving now... off after 4 or 5 beers, huh? That could be 1 hour or half a day depending on the man!
