Carne Asada Tortas

Grilled onions


Nopales


Grilling up some carne asada


Toasting up some bolillos with some garlic butter and provolone cheese added


Then a couple of over easy eggs and a couple of slices of ham



My plate. My sammie had the garlic provolone bolillo with chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, carne asada, ham, eggs, avocado, salsa and some cotija cheese.



Here is a preview of whats on tomorrows menu, beef ribs

Those plated pictures are killer, but I'm with Griff don't know what some of it is, I'll bet it tastes good though.
