First a pepperoni and cheese pizza for one of my Sons.

Then some chicken wings seasoned with some Mad Hunky Chicken Wang rub.

and then some California blend veggies cooked on the wok that were seasoned with some Cajun seasoning and finished with a couple pats of butter.

Finally the calzones. Filled with some peperoni, ham, sauteed onion and mushrooms, sliced green olives that were stuffed with jalapenos and mozzarella cheese. I forgot to take a pic of the filling before I sealed them up.

Dang that looks too good. All red blooded Murkins love Calzones. In this area chicken wings is still considered soul food.

You done great!
I'll take a plate just like that and maybe one more calzone. Mmmmm......

I think I need to make pizza and calzones. Maybe a Stromboli, too.

Thanks for the pictures and the inspiration. If mine look only half as good as these, I'll be happy.

Think the good Eyetalian cooks around here..who are all part of a big extended family of Albanians from Noo Yawk city..bound to use the same dough on the encased goods as they use on the flat entrees. It sure looks and tastes the same anyway..even to those blessed with highly astute sensory preceptors.
