California Burrito

First on the grill some chorizo, potato, and some peppers

Chorizo done

Potatoes and peppers done

Also browned some ground beef for some crock pot chili later

Marinaded some carne asada and grilled it up

done and chopped

Made some salsa, hot sauce and pico de gallo

Took half of the chorizo and added it to some refried beans.

Burrito filling. Creme fresh was added after the pic was taken.

I love California burritos and yours looks awesome!!
I think Pringles initial intention was to make tennis balls, but on the day the rubber was supposed to arrive a big truck full of potatoes showed up, but Pringles is a laid back company, they said "What the hell, cut 'em up."

Re: California Burrito

WOW! Can't help but notice you're located in the home of the California burrito: San Diego.

It looks it, but was it better than going down to your local taco shop?

I'm going to try this myself, thanks for the inspiration!

Vermin, you got way to much free time on your hands. That looks fantastic. I don't know how you knock out so many great looking cooks.

Okay, now I'm heading out to the taco shop (Manny's) by my house to get a chorizo and egg burrito! That meal has got me craving a burrito and my head is spinning; Thank for that!
