Do you think it would have helped to pock holes in the sausage and eggs with a fork before pickling? I bet they were tasty!!! :D

The eggs have a 1/4 hot sauce ring from a week of marinade. (like a smoke ring) the sausage picks up plenty enough hot without pokin holes in em. One more week & they'll make you fawhead sweat.
Them string beans kick butt too.

:idea: Hey you Boys up in Ohio... try this with fresh corn on the cob :!: Try cuttin the corn cobs about 1/2 inch tick, then sauce em fir a week er 2
