In less time then watching videos, lunch is done! I didn't have any rolls so I used the last of my homemade onion / dill bread. Ketchup, mayo and lettuce. Cheese was already in the burgers so I didn't add any more. Pretty tasty!

Looks nice! Now I want one but noooooo, I have to settle for homemade Natchitoches Meat Pies!:D
I really am overdue for a good burger.

Did you serve them open face or top them with the last piece of bread? ;) I assume no hamburger dill pickle because it was dill bread, really never heard of dill bread, any details? They do look GREAT Nick!

Yup used the other piece to top. I'll post bread recipe when I get home.

Ahhh baking your own gourmet bread here huh? I'm impressed. Try to keep them nice udders from getting entagled in the dough hooks. That could hurt.

I do believe Nickie has a very fine lookin' brick type pizza oven. That's where I'd be cookin' bread.
A video of that would be killer!

I remember talking to you years ago when we were in Myrtle.
With that 'accent' you have uhhh would not be possible. ;)
