Very simple meal tonight,

Cut up 4 all beef hot dogs and diced up a quarter of a small sweet onion. Added a 55 oz can of Bushes beans, a little BBQ sauce and a pinch of dried habanero powder and a little water.Wife picked up 3 lbs 85/15 ground beef so I made up some .5 lb patties seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning and grilled them indirect for about 3 min a side and moved them indirect to finish cooking.

Hotdogs and onions browning

Burgers finishing up

Plated. Burger with cheese on a toasted English muffin with a little mustard and BBQ sauce. Real simple meal and pretty good too!

Yum yum...looks mighty good. Now in Texa Beanie Weenies is considered a main course preferably with cornbread. Looks like folks from Sunny CA eat it as a side dish. Little difference in geographical preferences I guess.
