Nice one JB. Do a video of making the meat pies. I have probably eaten 1000's of those from Natchitoches. My ex-wifes grandparents were from there, good eating. I still get some from her Aunt that lives in Colfax in Grant Parish, and they are better than the Natchitoches meat pies, hers are more spiced. All good eating.
 
Nice lookin burgers there JB. I’ll need to try one of those meat pies as my wife’s mother is giving us a deep fryer.
