Burger Poor Boys

Well. I figured out what I wanted for dinner and I knew everyone here would agree with me. Poor Boy Burgers!! So while I was out dropping off work around mid day I decided to swing by one of my favorite Poor Boy bread bakeries and pick up a couple of loaves of fresh bread.

This is one of the best in my opinion

Crisp flakey crust made specifically for Poor Boy sandwiches. Each loaf is right at 36 inches long and no, I didn't eat a whole loaf!

Slow smoked some burgers with pecan wood

Dressed it just the way I like it and it was delicious!!!!!

This was dangerously delicious!!!!
