Breaking in the Weber

Did Tri Tip, Polenta, and grilled squash on the new Weber. What a way to break her in. Hope you like the show.

Looks good Bill! Did you get the Tri-Tip at Sam's in Charlottesville? Did you cook and slice the polenta or did you find it somewhere already made and sliced?? That would be much more convenient that way!

Okay, the Polenta recipie will be posted on the Apatizers and Sides area. I made it from scratch. I did notice that the squash was too thin. Next time I will cut it thick and not merinate it.
