Breaking In The New Performer

I hope Don Cash takes this as the highest form of flattery. I made his / Food Networks Chipotle-Lime Chicken Tacos with Corn Salsa. I knew it looked great when he posted it and it tastes every bit as good as it looks. My bride gave me two thumbs up on this one. I won't bore you with much on this one as Don did a great job posting it a few day ago, but did want to document the first cook on the new Performer. One last thing I was missing the main ingredient in the cook ... A tall cold Yuengling, I had to substitute a huge Mojito! Thanks for looking.
