Needed a bigger bun
Saw bleu cheese burgers on a cooking show the other day and they sounded great since I like bleu cheese. We whipped up a batch tonight and while they looked great, the boss and I agree it wasn't a taste we like, but encourage others to try it out. We mixed some cheese with the meat then melted some on top. I really wanted them to be blow me away delicious. Oh well, experimentation continues.
