Well yall, I tried it and it rocks. The Banjo Burner is a hit in the neighborhood.
Even with 35 mph southeast winds it stays lit. I'm going to buy another one for cookin fish at the beach. Enjoy the show!!!!....

I believe the chefs call your mixture a compound butter.

Believe it or not, but corpus Christi is really the windy city... It's usually always windy here. It's a free air conditioner in the summer though.. I'm just happy I can use that burner anywhere anytime... :D
