Just my daughter and I again last night, so it was Bison Burgers and Sweet Potato Chips.

Two 1/2lb Bison patties seasoned with S&P, then topped with Cheddar/Roasted Garlic cheese.

Little oil, cook indirect, turn often. Very very simple, but GOOD!
 
those peppers look great on that burger....it's a constant battle
between what I want to eat and what my rear end will let me.
 
We were talking about something to do with sweet potatoes the other day. I think I just found it. Did they come out crispy? Have ever deep fried those?

Even the talk of Morgan's rear end did not sway me. :shock:
