Bison Burgers and Sweet Potato Chips

Just my daughter and I again last night, so it was Bison Burgers and Sweet Potato Chips.

Two 1/2lb Bison patties seasoned with S&P, then topped with Cheddar/Roasted Garlic cheese.

Dinners ready!

P.S. I'm paying for the peppers today.....

Little oil, cook indirect, turn often. Very very simple, but GOOD!

Re: Bison Burgers and Sweet Potato Chips

those peppers look great on that burger....it's a constant battle
between what I want to eat and what my rear end will let me.

Sometimes the cover charge for the entry, justifies the wait you'll have in the exit.

Re: Bison Burgers and Sweet Potato Chips

We were talking about something to do with sweet potatoes the other day. I think I just found it. Did they come out crispy? Have ever deep fried those?

Even the talk of Morgan's rear end did not sway me.
