So tonight I was in the mood for some burgers and thought I would try out some bison. I have never had it before and had read that it was tasty.

So tonight's menu:
Bison burger (green onion, worchester sauce, onion powder, egg, salt and pepper, and panko mixed in the patties).
Smoked Gouda cheese (one person requested provolone).
Mushrooms sauteed in Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (available at Costco) and some white wine.
Corn on the cob coated with butter and wrapped in tin foil.

It was very yummy. The mushrooms were delicious.

Happy Monday!

Great looking bison...And raspberry stuff makes all red meat better IMO.

We love that raspberry sauce. We use it as salad dressing sometimes, and of course marinade for meats. This was the first time we tried it with the mushrooms and I think that is my favorite application of the sauce so far.

Last time we were at Costco we bought a full pallet of the stuff hehe.

Thanks everyone for your comments. The meal turned out really good (I was worried the bison would b dry).
