any ideas?

im thinkin a bacon wrap and a simple marinade

My first thought is that if you cook it quickly, you won't need any bacon, and if you invite me over I'll be glad to share other thoughts.

Glenn I watched the same show...Alton rocks. I use ribeyes and an electric slicer to make Philly's....I thought ribeyes were over the top!

AB's show just ended here. He rocks. I've been doing the Costco tenderloin thing for a couple years now. I cut the pointy end and the knob end into chunks for kabobs. I've never been able to get as much meat as AB did out of the chain but it would make a great Philly.
