Typical Friday night at the Wolfe House.....everyone wanted something different. Wife wanted the usual steak, Cathryn wanted a ham and cheese sandwich and I wanted fish.

Started off the meal by marinated the Griller. Crown on the rocks and my MGD 64. Yeah yeah, so what I drink Crown out of a used chipped beef jar! :D Tastes the same as it would out of a highball glass!

I had the potato on for my wife for 30 minutes or so, then added a red onion drizzled with EVOO, Lime Juice and S&P

Added a couple pieces of leftover ham steak from the night before to start building Cathryn's Ham and Cheese sammich.

Coated the ham with a little honey mustard made from French's Yellow mustard and honey, nothing fancy here.

The steaks have been sitting out for about 45 minutes to warm up a bit. The steak was drizzled with EVOO, Kosher salt, coarse ground pepper, garlic and onion and the sword fish was drizzled with EVOO and coated with Wolfe Rub Citrus.

That aint your normal type of ham and cheese! At least in my house. Looks awesome. So does the rest of the meal. Nice job Larry!

Now that's what I call a ham and cheese sandwich! I always love special order nights, it keeps things interesting.

Royal Oak lump.

I think I would rather cook with leftovers, I love being creative with what I have on hand!

Looks great! I like the way you do the onions...I normally slice mine and then have to set them on something...or foil them.
