Beef Kabobs

Broke out the Firewire skewers and did some kabobs

Veggies tossed in some Italian dressing. Celery, onions, carrots

Along with some mushrooms and green peppers

Almost forgot the zucchini

A couple of Sirloins cubed up and marinaded in some Stubbs beef marinade

Everything tossed together

Loaf of Ciabatta bread with some herbed garlic butter

added some cheese

Nice and crusty on the outside and soft on the inside

This carnivore is watering at the mouth. Over what you ask? Over the awesome looking bread----I must be losing it. How did the Stubb's work? My wife thinks that Stubb's is too spicy but I kinda like it. Good lookin meal Thanks for posting

Nice looking kabobs Vermin. Did you bake the Ciabatta bread? I've been messing with Panini sandwiches and baking my own Ciabatta bread.
