Chunked up a tri tip and marinated in teriyaki sauce for a few hours. Sliced up some sausage, onions, red bell peppers, tomatillos, and zucchini and added some mushrooms and tossed in italian dressing, dried oregano and thyme.

Bought these Firewire skewers awhile ago and never tried them. I need to get a few more they work so much better than regular skewers.

Everything's done, put in a pan and back on the grill to heat everything back thru.

The wife just came home today with me some of the wire skewers from the BGE store. How do they work?
Food looks mighty good.

Very Nice! Love the Cast Iron Grates...Never goin' back to the original grates that
came in my Performer. Now residing as the second tier in the ole WBS ;)
