Beef, It Is What's For Dinner!

Found a nice lil Tri tip and some smaller ones I could cook up for the wife and kiddies. I had some Portabella and Asparagus in the fridge too. :biggrin:

I would love to get some larger cuts. I have not been able to find them anywhere else that Publix Grocery. Always about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs.They had a pack of smaller ones and I got them cuz the wife and kids like well done :-X
